Sensors
Native plugins for every common protocol — ping, TCP, DNS, SSL, HTTP/S, SSH, WinRM, SNMP v1/v2c/v3, plus database and process probes. When something is not native, a five-plugin custom framework covers the rest.
Alerting
Threshold evaluation every 30 seconds. Maintenance windows, duplicate suppression, ack/resolve, auto-resolve. Routes to Slack, Microsoft Teams, PagerDuty, Discord, Opsgenie, email, generic webhook, or Web Push.
Federation
Run a control instance per site. The farm aggregator fans queries out with partial-results tolerance, so one down node does not blind the NOC. Write-proxy routes to the correct instance automatically.

One installer per platform
Download the installer for Linux, macOS, or Windows and you are up. No application server, no Windows-only requirement, no proprietary database. The installer fetches and configures the components it needs.
SSO included — every plan
LDAP, SAML (Entra ID, Okta, Google Workspace), and OIDC are included on every paid plan — not gated to a higher tier. Many incumbent tools quote Active Directory integration as an enterprise-quote add-on. Jallarhorn does not.
SLA PDF reports in-box
SLA calculation, PDF render, and CSV / HTML export are included on every plan. A common pattern in this category is to license SLA reporting as a separate add-on; we don't. You should not have to pay twice for the same number.
Custom-sensor framework
Five small plugins — exec-script, HTTP-JSON with JSONPath, webhook-push, Prometheus scrape, and Docker-image — cover roughly 70% of the long tail without writing a bespoke plugin for every integration.
